CONVERT MOBILE APP TO WINDOWS DESKTOP APPLICATION

We are seeking an experienced developer to convert an existing mobile application into a fully functional desktop application for Windows.
The desktop app should replicate the features of the mobile version while being optimized for a desktop environment, with a focus on usability, performance, and a modern design.

Windows 10 and 11 compatibility.
Technology Stack.
Preferably.
ET Framework (WPF or WinForms), though other Windows-compatible technologies may be considered (C++, Electron, etc.).
Key Features.
Replicate all features of the mobile app (name and features will be provided).
Adapt the UI for desktop users (mouse/keyboard input).
Integration with Windows features such as.

Local storage or database support for saving user data.
Performance optimization for seamless operation on mid-range hardware.

Implement a modern and user-friendly interface, adhering to Windows Fluent Design principles.

Provide detailed documentation for the software, including installation instructions, user guides, and basic maintenance.
