Position Summary This role is to work closely with the Head of Content to support operations for the worldwide Coffee studio, partnering with Global Businesses (SBU) and to support on the day-to-day operations of content production. While working together with External Agencies to ensure its success, they will support strategic planning and delivering the brand's content demand while also supporting content production and the performance of the operating model. Ensuring impactful content across all projects, at the brand's highest quality, and ensuring needs are being met. This job is a fantastic opportunity for the right person who is looking to manage Content holistically and internationally. A day in the life of... Act as SPOC for all day-to-day Content Studio operations across the existing business. Track reconciliation of projects, seek brand feedback, and suggest to the head of content ways to improve the service model. Help to set up and maintain the ‘one team’ integrated project approach. Drive change in the ways of working in the organization, ensure and optimize adoption of the model by the Zone/markets, and monitor asset usage rate. Review agency performance and mitigate crises/project fatigue. Support in partnership with the business and agencies the annual content scoping on behalf of Studio for all major geographies and businesses. Oversee in close collaboration with the support Agency, the organization required to deliver content studio for coffee brands. Partner with the Coffee Studio to define best practices and ways of working for the Studio and its teams in order to deliver the best service to the business. What will make you successful? Minimum 5 years of professional experience in communications or marketing. Experience of having worked within a brand content studio, within a creative agency, or within a consumer goods organization Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills. Impeccable project management and attention to detail. Ability to lead large organizations remotely. Experience of having worked with complex matrix structures for global brands and/or brands with a direct business model would be an advantage. Proven strategic training, such as how to write a winning brief, what makes a good insight, etc. Demonstrated passion for brands, content, and creativity. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
