Safeguarding the online communication space can lead to meaningful and rewarding work for a content moderator as the mission of moderation aims to create positive, safe, and inclusive environments for everyone. This project involves moderation of content and check for data accuracy of products/content (images/text/videos/listings) to ensure that the details provided online area are accurate and up to date for one of the Largest Technology giants. Requirements ·      Norwegian native speaker + fluent in English·      Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.·      Be organized and able to manage time and tasks efficiently.·      Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.·      Have a neutral mindset towards different content that needs classification, regardless of the content itself.·      Result-oriented, self-motivated, independent, and inquisitive  Day to Day Responsibilities:·      Use product specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to ensure the accuracy of the online content.·      Moderate content to ensure accurate and precise decision is applied in the online space in compliance with client’s policies and guidelines.·      Understanding of the social space (trends, influencers, engagement, things to be cautious of etc.)·      Review the content/data within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.·      Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of the established policies·      Maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadline·      Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and process the request·      Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community We offer: ·      Pleasant and inspiring working atmosphere ·      Opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding global organization with irreproachable reputation. ·      Professional development and clear career path ·      Training & development opportunities ·      Office based in client´s facilities.·      Relocation allowance and assistance* ·      Free fruit, coffee, tea and water and a lot more!
