Ecosystem (DAM, Brand Portals and Marketing Workflows), managing internal and external communications plus contributing to drive the adoption across SBU's/GMB's, Zones and Markets.
She/he also develops Nestlé best practice for Nestlé Content Hub, ensuring successful coordination with Integrated Marketing Services and IT Teams for successful deployment, plus act as a functional SPOC for Content Hub Stewards & Champions.
A day in the life of...
* Communication Management.
owner of Content Hub 2.
Comms Master Plan; coordinator of all Comms activities and of Content Hub Info Center (website); * Community Management.
manage the internal Social Media pages for the Content Hub 2.
Program; * Brand Portals Adoption Management.
create an onboarding framework flexible enough to take into account use-case variants; plan presentations to drive adoption; plan onboarding of each individual Content Studio based on their level of maturity and urgency; project management; * Support and oversee the deployment of Marketing Workflows to the network of +40 Content Studios, in collaboration with the Content Studios Global Coordinator; * Support and oversee the tool evolution.
act as the functional driver and SPOC for new requirements implementation; act as functional project manager for the tool evolution, in close collaboration with the IT Business Analyst; run regular calls with Champions to provide updates and collect feedback; ensure coordination with all stakeholders to provide visibility to the Porta Owners (Champions); * Reporting Support.
provide data to support adoption activities carried out at management level for Content Hub and Brand Portals; * Support the Zone Category team and market teams with capability building, through training sessions and webinars; * Establish and roll out a governance model, processes, and ways of working with the aim of deploying the Content strategy effectively and efficiently in a complex organization; * Manage and align with several stakeholders and must be able to drive change management and execute Zone Category agenda with Markets.
What will make you successful * More than 5 years in Digital Marketing in a Corporation; * Knowledge and passion for Digital Asset Management technology and/or shared drives to store files and work collaboratively (at very least.
use of SharePoints, Dropboxes, Google Dive etc in a corporate environment, serving multiple teams); * Corporate Communications Experience; * Basic knowledge of Content Production & Campaign Management processes; * Strong Project Management skills in a matrix environment dealing daily with various stakeholders and competing priorities; * Change Management experience; * Community Management (internal community); * Communication platforms and channels management (incl.
