We are looking for a seasoned Content Acquisition Lead with content expertise and an understanding of all the mechanics of attraction, distribution through SEO or virality to attract organic users.
After applying for this position, you will be required to complete a test assignment following your Online Introductory Call.
The key in this role is to be responsible for the acquisition and sales numbers from the channels and tools that you will manage.
You need to be the owner of the direction.
you determine the team, resources, leadership and other tools, focusing on the economics of attraction and business tasks.
* Develop and execute content strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets, lead generation goals, and reach milestones.
* Create and launch successful SEO campaigns in the US market with the objective of achieving 100+ sales per month within a year.
* Produce viral content for social networks, leverage performance marketing to amplify reach, and generate 10k leads in a month.
* Conduct research on modern programmers in the AI field, create engaging studies, and drive webinar attendance through strategic content distribution.
What you will do 2 * Demonstrated portfolio showcasing sales growth figures in previous projects.
* Experience in content distribution through SEO and virality to attract organic users.
* Ability to take ownership of acquisition and sales numbers from managed channels and tools.
* Strong leadership skills to build and lead a team towards achieving business objectives.
* Proven expertise in leveraging content for organic growth and lead generation.
Requirements 3 * Full-time position.
* The position requires a non-trivial combination of content expertise and an understanding of all the mechanics of attraction, so we are willing to flexibly discuss compensation.
* Possibility of relocation to an office in Serbia or remote work (ready to discuss location).
* Level of freedom to determine the vision of projects and resources to achieve it.
