Neste momento, estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa interna de Contact Center com um/a Contact Center Administrative, no Porto.
O que vais fazer.
• Contactar clientes - Inbound/Outbound e/ou Prospeção e criação de Leads; • Compreender as necessidades dos clientes e identificar oportunidades comerciais; • Apresentar propostas comerciais, produtos e serviços Konica Minolta; • Esclarecer questões e enviar informações adicionais; • Criar e atualizar base de dados de clientes; • Cumprir objetivos comerciais acordados (mensal/ trimestral/anual); • Conhecer e acompanhar a evolução dos produtos e serviços Konica Minolta; • Participar em reuniões internas de discussão de benchmarks, objetivos pessoais e de equipa; • Aprender e dominar as etapas do ciclo comercial.

• Ensino Secundário; • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relação interpessoal; • Orientado(a) para objetivos; • Carta de condução.
Valorizado.
• Experiência profissional em vendas e/ou call center; • Experiência em Customer Service • Experiência com CRM; • Bons conhecimentos de ferramentas Microsoft (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Conhecimentos de inglês.
