CONSOLIDATION & FINANCIAL REPORTING SPECIALIST

The Accounting, Consolidation & Tax Mgmt department is responsible for guaranteeing the process of consolidating accounts and ensuring that the Group's IFRS accounts are made available, complying with the defined timetables, as well as ensuring the necessary accounting processes, criteria and rules to guarantee the proper and consistent treatment and recording of the operations of the EDP Group's various companies and intends to recruit for the Consolidation & Financial Reporting Coe.

What you will do.
Preparation of monthly consolidation tasks for the EDP and EDPR groups and preparation of notes for the quarterly financial notebook for the EDP group and the half-yearly financial notebook for the EDPR group; Support in the preparation of quarterly presentations of accounts to the Audit Committee; Support to the various geographies of the EDP group in the preparation of financial information for reporting to the Corporate Center; Support in the preparation of financial information for other departments of the Corporate Center; Support in analyzing the accounting impacts of new operations; Support in updating the EDP Group's Accounting Policies Manual.

Lisbon   What are we looking for.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance or similar; Up to 3 years' professional experience, preferably with knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting standards; Compliance with deadlines; focus on achieving objectives; resistance to stress, high communication skills; Creative spirit; Good knowledge of English and Spanish.
