Examine the logistics involved in wholesale delivery, evaluate potential suppliers and delivery networks.
- Customer Demand.
Assess the demand for wholesale delivery services, identify target customers and evaluate their delivery needs.
- Organization and Management.
Propose an organizational structure for the business, identify key management roles and responsibilities.
- Financial Projections.
Develop projected costs and revenues over the first three years of operation.
- Break Even Analysis.
Conduct a thorough break-even analysis to determine when the business would start to turn a profit.
Ideal candidates for this project should have a strong background in business analysis, experience in the logistics and delivery sector, and proficiency in financial forecasting and break-even analysis.

Only some small suppliers are there, who used to deliver in some area without delivery charges.
They are not able to supply on time.
