Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements.
Native Norwegian speaker with strong communication skills.
B2 level proficiency in English.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
