Descrição Oversee the administration of employees' compensation, including salaries, bonuses, flex allowances, and other benefits, while ensuring accurate preparation and timely communication with the payroll provider.
Verify payroll provider documents for accuracy and manage payroll payments efficiently.
Handle monthly payroll closing and posting in SAP.
Monitor and control the salaries and benefits budget, ensuring monthly alignment between actual expenses and the approved budget (APSP-based).
Analyze market trends in compensation and benefits, using survey data to propose actions that maintain a competitive position and attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee movements (management or local transfers) in accordance with corporate policies and Portuguese legislation.
Ensure all legal documentation is completed for employee relocations and repatriations.
Liaise with the GBS team on employee data updates, queries, and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Maintain accurate data across all rewards systems and ensure policies and procedures are consistent across markets.
Ensure compliance with Spanish and Portuguese legislation in all rewards processes, preventing potential labor issues or conflicts.
Perfil ideal University Degree or equivalent education, preferably with a background in Human Resources.
At least 4 years of experience in the Rewards area and Personnel Administration within a multinational company.
Solid knowledge of labor legislation.
Experience in Finance is considered a plus.
Proficiency in SAP HR or SuccessFactors.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Native Portuguese speaker, with advanced knowledge of Spanish and English.
