Key Responsibilities.

Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
Plan and execute communication campaigns that align with business goals.
- Content Creation and Management.
Produce high-quality written and visual content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
Simplify complex information to make it accessible to diverse audiences.
Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Technical Documentation.
Create and maintain detailed technical documents and manuals.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily understandable.
- Analytical and Research Skills.
Use tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Conduct research to support content creation and strategy development.
- Creative Design.
Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to design visually appealing content.
Collaborate with motion graphic editors to create engaging scripts and narratives.
- Social Media Management.
Develop and manage social media content to engage and grow the audience.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Technical Proficiency.
Proficiently use MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various tasks.
Familiarity with SAP and CITRIX applications for efficient workflow management.
Qualifications.

- Proven experience in content creation, technical documentation, and social media management.
