Colgate-Palmolive Xccelerate+ Commercial Management Trainee Program is a 24 months development program crafted to prepare you to be future leaders of tomorrow.
The program will provide you first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in an immersive learning environment within Customer Development, Retail Marketing, eCommerce and eventually leading you into a definite fast track of commercial business management.

Who Are We Looking For.
Degree or Master's degree holder with CGPA 3.
