Is this job for me? This is an opportunity to become a CMI Research project manager in the ZEUR coffee CMI team, working with Consumer Insight Segment Leads to deliver Coffee research projects for the ZEUR region Main purpose of the job Reporting to the Consumer Insight Segment Lead, the CMI Research project manager implements and executes with excellence research projects for the relevant Marketing Team/s to help understand the coffee target consumer, shopper and marketplace Key outputs/deliverables Coordinates with Coffee marketing teams and research partners the implementation of Coffee research projects, guaranteeing excellence and quality of the research process and analysis in a timely manner, including.
Interprets and clarifies business partners’ needs/briefs.
Finalize the brief for research agencies Briefs research agencies Evaluates proposals on key success criteria (research approach/methodo, budget, timing) and select the winning proposal in accordance with CMI segment lead Ensures compliance with CMI team’s quality standards and practices and procurement requirements.
Project number, knowledge management, SoW, PO, GR etc Develops questionnaire with research agency, feedbacks and signs off questionnaire Supports stimuli preparation and logistics in partnership with marketing team Ensures research and fieldwork implementation in accordance with Nestlé Coffee and CMI principles and quality standards (e.
.
research guidelines, standards etc) Follows up on fieldwork implementation Develops toplines and full report in partnership with research agency with clear conclusions and actionable recommendations Writes the CMI summary Disseminates the results (report/summary) to relevant business partners, including organization of pre-debrief and debrief calls in partnership with research agency Ensures knowledge management of research projects.
saves and archives all key research documents into relevant CMI knowledge management platforms Reports results into Nestlé platform when relevant (Good Taste) Participates to weekly project calls when relevant (product testing) and contributes with CMI inputs in these calls Measurements/Performance Indicators Ability to manage complexity, multiple and complex quantitative research projects at the same time in various markets, manage stakeholders, resourcefulness and ‘can do’ attitude are key Project management excellence.

Skills, Capabilities and Attitudes Experience with a broad spectrum of methodologies (qual and quant, with a strong focus on quant) in a variety of research areas (product research, Innovation & Renovation, Packaging, Communication & Digital, Portfolio).
Experience in product research is a plus At ease with research project management, managing multiple projects in parallel Cultural agility and curiosity Familiarity with Continuous & Syndicated Data (Retail Measurement & Consumer Panel) and Brand Health Tracking Team spirit (may co-lead projects with other CMI members), sense of Insight Community.
Digitally savvy (at ease with creating digital newsletters, sharepoints, consumer ‘soundbites’) English language skills a MUST, a second ZEUR language a PLUS.
