You must have.
- Experience in providing front-line support as the primary contact for clients and technical/support teams; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Proven ability to ensure accurate logging of inquiries and incidents; - Skilled in performing first-level technical troubleshooting and problem-solving; - Capacity to keep clients informed of resolution progress through ongoing updates; - Be able to drive improvements in monitoring/measurement/alerting practices and tools; - Familiarity with ITIL best practices; - Spoken and written fluency in both French and English.
Nice to have.
- Previous experience in similar roles; - Familiarity with SQL and AS400; - Knowledge of banking systems.
