The ideal candidates must be professionally qualified with a minimum of two years of experience and possess good technical ability.
The Client Accounting role includes.
- Managing a portfolio of clients - Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements for entities in various jurisdictions - Preparation of tax and dividend returns - Dealing with audit queries - Assisting and coaching team members The Internal Accounting role includes.
- Preparation of quarterly management accounts for a group of companies - Cash flow reporting - Maintaining a fixed asset register - Maintaining prepayment and accrual schedules - Recording and reconciliation of disbursements - Recording and reviewing WIP and deferred income - Overseeing payments - Overseeing the accounts receivable and payable process (receipts and payments) - Liaising with external auditors Knowledge of viewpoint and audit experience is preferable but not essential.
The candidate should be able to work on under their own initiative as well as within a team, have excellent communication skills, be well organised and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
