Lisbon Job Description.
The CLM Regulations Officer is a key part of the correct implementation of the new rules and regulations, which are governing the financial industries.
The officer will perform regulatory maintenance activities and provide support for tax, market integrity, and OTC derivatives regulations within Client Managements mandate.
The team will ensure high-level expertise and perfect execution of daily management of regulatory activities.
Main Tasks.
Organize, coordinate and ensure the successful completion of the production activity Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal teams Implement the regulatory changes from an operational point of view Identify clients not regulatory compliant and define action plan for remediation Ensure reports data accuracy and consistency Technical Skills.
Expertise with the AML / KYC regulatory requirements and stakes for financial institutions General financial knowledge (industry and products) General legal knowledge Language Skills.
English - Expert French - Practice Soft Skills.
