CIB Transverse Application Support Engineer Seniority.
Mid (3-5 years) Type of position.
Hybrid from Oporto.
Candidates must be living in Portugal already! The amazing you, will have.
- Oversee and coordinate technical operations, including electrical shutdowns, server relocations, and change management.
- Draft, update, and maintain instructions and operational guidelines.
- Document application components and operations, including software and technical architecture, and implement proactive support measures such as alarm monitoring.
- Experienced in L2 and L3 support following ITIL best practices.
- Proficient in operating systems like Windows and Linux.
- Solid understanding of virtualized environments (e.
., servers, API gateways).
- Skilled in ticketing systems such as Jira and ServiceNow.
- Competent in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.
- Strong understanding of network concepts, including DHCP, firewalls, routing, and proxies.
- Good knowledge of web-based client/server applications.
