BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as Change Implementation Intern at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.
Key Accountabilities.
Support in monitoring one of the critical processes in the manufacture of automotive components, managing the introduction of changes or 'Change Request / Change Implementation' Support in the creation, updating, simplification, monitoring and improvement of existing processes, with close monitoring and direct involvement with multi-functional teams from product development to production Support training actions within the functional area Support functional development activities within a production unit in the beginning of accelerated growth (e.
.
functional benchmarking).
Comply with environmental, health and safety, quality and productivity standards Comply with the organization's rules and internal regulations.
