Descrição da Função Your New Company Our client, a global leader in real estate services, is seeking a Certified Accountant to lead a team of three professionals.
Your New Role As a Certified Accountant, reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for.
Preparing and analyzing monthly and annual financial statements; Ensuring compliance with all tax obligations; Calculating and preparing regulatory reports and various tax returns; Participating in budget preparation and periodic reviews; Supporting software implementation by ensuring accurate input of accounting and tax data; Overseeing the annual audit of financial statements.
What You'll Need to Succeed Degree in Accounting or equivalent; Certified Accountant designation; 8+ years of experience in a similar role; Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and the interplay between balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flows; In-depth understanding of key tax issues; Experience in consolidating accounts and IFRS (preferred); Proven team leadership experience; Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred); Strong analytical, organizational, and dynamic skills; Proactivity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility; Ability to analyze and interpret financial information; Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (preferred); Interest in the real estate and consultancy sectors.
