Monday to Sunday (day and night) divided in 4 work shifts with 12 hours (2 hours break time) and 2 days off.

Ensuring an impeccable customer service; Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers; Carefully completing the return contract; Checking the state of the vehicle in order to identify potential damages; Registering the damages and incurring the amounts from the customers; Requesting a review from the customers regarding our services.
Requirements.
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service Mandatory driving license (B category) Proficiency in Portuguese and English Hardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personality Excellent customer service skills, along with attention to detail Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and computer skills Why Klass Wagen?
