L’objectif du Capital Equipement Specialist est de développer notre MS en capital Laser en collaboration avec les RSM et AM sur tout le territoire.
La vente, les essais, l’installation du capital sera sous sa responsabilité tout en développant des relations avec les Kols, l'administration hospitalière afin de débloquer les budgets nécessaires à l’acquisition de ce capital et d’y associer un contrat de maintenance.
Il est responsable de développer des programmes d'éducation et de formation pour les médecins et le personnel hospitalier sur le capital Il/elle est responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs de vente en capital et contrats de maintenance.
Responsabilités clés.
Maintenir une veille sur l'industrie, la concurrence, les tendances en matière de soins de santé et économiques et leur impact à court et à long terme sur la franchise, en ajustant les plans si nécessaire pour refléter les conditions du marché.
Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, identifier les Kols; développer et exécuter des stratégies et des activités de vente.
Se différencier de la concurrence avec une forte capacité de négociation.
Assurer la formation des médecins et du personnel hospitalier sur nos Lasers, Maintenir le contact avec les principaux comptes et les relations clés.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente / RSM pour développer et maintenir des relations de travail avec les acheteurs Former les équipes de vente locales Collaborer avec HEMA pour lever les obstacles dans les comptes.
Savoir travailler en transversale avec les AM/RSM/KAM Vous reporterez au Capital,Commercial Contracting Manager Requisition ID.
