I need to conducted a user research interview for a 5 to 10-minute session with a frequent Canva user.
Key focus areas.
- Understanding the user's experience with Canva, particularly in terms of ease of use and performance.
- Identifying any usability issues that may be affecting their use of the platform.

- Experience in user experience research, particularly with software platforms.
- Access to frequent Canva users who can provide valuable insights.
- Skills in conducting interviews in a professional and engaging manner.
The ultimate goal is to gather insights that could inform potential improvements to the platform.
