Build a Candidate Testing Platform – Web or Software Application Job Description.
We are looking to hire a skilled developer to create a simple, user-friendly platform (website or software application) to conduct tests for hiring candidates.
Requirements.
The platform should support two types of tests.
Test A.
Speed Math Test Randomly generated arithmetic questions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Configurable difficulty levels and time limits.
Test B.
Custom Question Test A fixed set of questions provided by us (multiple-choice or descriptive).
Total test duration.
30 minutes (combined).
Key functionalities.
Candidate login/registration.
Timer to enforce the time limit for each test.
Automatic grading for Test A (speed math).
Manual grading option for Test B (if needed).
Basic analytics and downloadable test results.
Clean and intuitive user interface for candidates and admins.
The platform should be scalable and lightweight, ensuring smooth performance for multiple users.
Delivery Timeline.
We need the platform to be developed within 2–4 weeks.
Additional Notes.
Developers with prior experience in creating similar platforms will be given preference.
