espond to corporate, leisure and entertainment client inquiries while consistently delivering the highest level of serviceBook and enter room reservations for individuals and small blocks using the Property Management System (Opera)Update BT sales records in local drives and on ACCOR platformsAssist with contracts, proposals, promotions, reports, and client events as neededUpdate corporate and leisure marketing materials, flyers, and presentationsRun daily arrivals reports and coordinate VIP servicesAssist in the management of RESPLUS, FAMOUS AGENTS and LeClub ACCOR Hotels programs and promotions as neededManagement of IT and FIT segments, including blackout dates notificationProcess no shows and late cancellationsProcess Travel Agency commissions and respond to inquiriesLoad rate codes on booking channelsFollow department policies, procedures, and service standardsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedWhat is in it for you.
