What You Will Do * Collaborate for Success.
Work closely with GBS and IT stakeholders to deliver accurate budgets, forecasts, and performance outlooks.
* Lead Monthly Closings.
Drive monthly closing processes, analyze deviations, and follow up on KPI development to implement corrective actions.
* Influence and Inspire.
Partner with the business to influence decisions that enhance performance and drive growth.
* Deliver Comprehensive Insights.
Offer full value chain insights to GBS and IT stakeholders, acting as a holistic business partner to meet their needs.
* Support Strategic Decisions.
Provide financial calculations and insights to support key decision-making processes.
* Challenge and Innovate.
Systematically challenge business assumptions and decisions to foster innovation and productivity.
* Oversee Financial Processes.
Manage budgeting, costing processes, and ensure seamless month, quarter, and year-end closings.
Who You Are * University degree in Business, Economics or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years in Finance & Controlling, preferably in an international environment.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP and PowerBI.
* Strong networking and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to build trust and influence across diverse cultures and disciplines.
* Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
