As a Business Process Coach Specialist you will be responsible for the development, setup, maintenance, monitoring and continuous optimization of Infineon's Business Processes in Porto.
You transform processes from paper scratch into living reality! We seek a Business Process Management expert to coach stakeholders, support process alignment, and integrate processes into the Infineon Process Framework.
The candidate will also maintain governance and improve the approach for process modeling, mapping, and review.
In your new role you will be.
* Coaching of the respective process owners and process experts on Infineon Business Process Management by providing transparency into rules, roles and responsibilities of Infineon's Business Process Management * Supporting cross-functional process alignment and -improvement activities along e.

process- optimization and digitalization projects * Integration of these Business Processes into Infineon Process Framework * Maintenance, monitoring and support for improvement of Infineon's Business Process Management Framework Governance * Continuously improve approach and methodology for Business Process modeling and -mapping, respective process reviews and process improvement Requerimientos del candidato/a.

You demonstrate strong communication and motivation skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks as well as being able to act as an entrepreneur who is focused on results and aware of costs.
You keep a cool head even if there are multiple different projects on your desk, you are used to analytical thinking, structure work packages and prioritize accordingly.
You are best equipped for this task if you have.
* A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or similar - ideally focused on Business Process Management * At least 2 years of work experience in Business Process Management or a strongly business process-oriented environment across a variety of functions in an international manufacturing company * Very Good knowledge about Business Process Management and first experience in internal and external audit management and respective standards and norms like ISO or IATF * You are an expert in process modeling, -mapping and preferably process optimization and ideally combine this with Project Management experience in projects as project team member * Knowledge and experience with process modelling in respective tools * Excellent English skills for internal and external communication Please send us your CV in English
