Business and Functional Analyst – ServiceNow Location.
Brussels, Belgium Type.
Hybrid (2 - 3 day per week on-site) Languages.
fluency in English and French (C2 minimum) Key Responsabilities.
As a Business and Functional Analyst – ServiceNow, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
You will bridge the gap between business processes and technical implementations, ensuring that solutions meet business goals effectively.
Must have Skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, preferably with experience in ServiceNow projects.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.).
- Experience with workflow design, process automation, and configuration within ServiceNow.
- Ability to create detailed user stories and process diagrams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
Preferable Skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).
- Familiarity with integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs).
