•Collaborate and help the development and acceptance teams, providing important high-level information of a requirement, to reach a macro effort figure.
•Gather and define functional requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, use cases, scenarios, and business analysis to identify functional solutions.
•Cooperate with all the stakeholders (internal and external) to establish the functional and technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability, performance needs and/or core product strategies.
•Raise alerts, detect risks, or identify new (commercial) needs when defining new functional requirements.
•Produce and present the necessary functional documentation to the other teams.
•Update the product manual.
•Provide functional support and help to solve potential issues in the development and test phases of a project, or the support team in production.
•Work in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Product Manager and Product Owner.
•Participate in the newcomers onboarding process •Run tests.
oImplement test campaigns, assess defects, and substantiate the tests.
oMonitor progress of the defect resolution •Help close the test phase.
oProvide the materials needed for drafting the minutes and the test assessment.
oProvide useful insights that helps solving development issues oCapitalize on the changes made to the test repositories for their reuse in future versions.
•Training oHomologation Analysts prepare tools and carry out clients’ training with the support of his/her manager.
oHomologation Analysts helps L2 Support when needed to provide functional understanding.
Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the bellow skills.
• Proven experience as business analyst • Fast learner • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions • Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills •Proactive and dynamic to chase missing information.
• Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols •Adaptability and flexibility.
• Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and with other people in an international context.
• Excellent communication skills •Customer focused; results driven.
