Job Description.
We are now looking for a Business Analyst - Scheduling Support for (COMPANY NAME) GBS team.
Responsibilities - your mission.
* Manage TOP LEVEL and detailed scheduling for the engineering activities.
* Unified Planning Detailed Schedule updated.
* Follow up of the interdependencies and the overall planning.
* Anticipation of main risks and issues due to the evolution of the planning.
* Support to the chief engineer's office in the coordination of the engineering activities.
* Control of deviations in schedule and budgets (man-hours).
* Support to the chief's engineer office in the budgeting process and the control of the programs.
* Be focal point within Engineering with other organizations involved in the Programme (Programs, Operations, Services, ….) scheduling tasks.
* For the planning tasks will be in supporting in the following activities.
* Execution of annual budget OP / EACs / Forecast.
* Coordination and management of budget (WL) deltas / roll over * Eng.
Offers coordination from KoM to delivery to finance for formalization * Workload management * Plans and WL control * SAP Management * On top of the operational activities, be a an active members of local projects with the Portuguese Team at (COMPANY NAME) Portugal.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have.
* Educated to degree level in Engineering or equivalent * Experience in Engineering * Experience in Integrated Planning within Engineering will be valuable.
