Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related; Previous experience as an IT business analyst or in similar roles; Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with professional-level verbal and written communication skills; Understanding of IT principles and practices, including software development, information systems, and technology architecture; Familiarity with business analysis tools such as process modeling, requirements analysis, and system documentation; Ability to understand and translate customer requirements into technical specifications for developers; Skill in identifying opportunities for improvement in business processes and proposing technological solutions; Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and business teams.
