BUSINESS ANALYST (BANKING & INSURANCE)

Position Description.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to a transformative project for a client in the Finance & Insurance sector.
This role will focus on supporting the client teams via mapping their business requirements for new solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive success.
Knowledge of Finance & Insurance domains is a highly valued bonus.
Your future responsibilities.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand their sales processes, challenges, and goals.
• Document and prioritize business requirements for the future developments.
• Gather & update detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Work closely with development team to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Ensure the implemented solution aligns with the documented requirements and business objectives.
• Document issues, coordinate resolutions, and support post-implementation troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with teams to develop training materials and deliver training sessions for end-users.
Required qualifications.
• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst • Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Estonian and English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Bonus.
Experience or knowledge of accessibility topics • Bonus.
Experience with finance and/or insurance domain.
