Objective.
We are seeking an experienced branding professional to develop a detailed Branding Guidelines Document for our company, Battle Zone Entertainment L.
.
.
This document will ensure a consistent representation of our brand across all digital and print platforms.
The project will be divided into two phases for clarity and ease of execution.
Phase 1.
Visual Identity Guidelines (Tasks 1 to 6) 1- Logo Guidelines Retain the current logo.
Black, white, and red as the primary brand colors.
Provide guidelines for primary and secondary logo variations.
Specify clear space, minimum size, and prohibited applications.
2- Color Palette Define primary colors.
Black, White, and Red.
Include accent colors for flexible use.
Provide color specifications in HEX, RGB, CMYK, and Pantone values.
3- Typography Identify or select the logo font.
Define primary and secondary typefaces.
Provide font hierarchy, size, spacing, and web-safe alternatives.
4-Imagery and Photography Define tone, composition, and themes for brand imagery.
Provide sample imagery for reference.
Include do’s and don’ts for image usage.
5- Graphics and Iconography Develop a distinct style for custom illustrations.
Create icon guidelines and examples.
Optional.
Include patterns and textures for unique branding.
6-The tone of Voice & Messaging Define the brand personality as vibrant, adventurous, and inclusive.
Create a messaging framework with key phrases and taglines for campaigns.
Provide language guidelines, including do’s and don’ts.

Key Requirements.
The branding guidelines should include detailed visual and verbal brand identity frameworks.
A bold, adventurous tone of voice should be reflected in the brand’s messaging.
The document should serve as a comprehensive reference for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
Proven experience in branding and the development of branding guidelines.
Strong understanding of visual and verbal brand identity principles.
Experience working with digital platforms and social media.
Ability to create clear, comprehensive, and engaging documents.
Additional Information.
The existing logo and brand colors (black, white, red) must be retained and incorporated into the guidelines.
All deliverables should align with Battle Zone Entertainment’s bold, adventurous, and inclusive brand image.
