Job Overview.
BLOXUP is a blockchain-powered platform aimed at revolutionizing the construction industry by promoting transparency, trust, and efficiency, with an initial focus on the refurbishment market.
We are seeking an experienced Brand Strategist to develop a complete brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and visual identity guidelines, that aligns with BLOXUP’s innovative mission and appeals to our B2B audience.
This role requires someone with a strong background in tech or SaaS branding, ideally with experience in B2B markets or industries like construction or real estate.
You’ll work closely with the founder to create a compelling brand identity that communicates BLOXUP’s unique value in the market and sets the stage for our growth.
Key Responsibilities.
1.
Brand Positioning Document.
• Conduct a competitive analysis of major players in construction tech and blockchain platforms to identify differentiation points for BLOXUP.
• Define BLOXUP’s Unique Value Proposition (UVP) and create a clear positioning statement that highlights our focus on transparency and efficiency.
2.
Brand Identity & Visual Style Guide.
• Develop a comprehensive brand style guide with guidelines on logo usage, color schemes, typography, and iconography that reflect BLOXUP’s innovative and trustworthy brand essence.
• Create initial logo concepts and design elements that align with the blockchain and construction industries, communicating professionalism and modernity.
3.
Key Messaging and Marketing Framework.
• Establish audience-specific messaging guidelines for our primary target users (developers, contractors, integrators) that resonate with the construction sector’s needs for transparency and efficiency.
• Provide marketing recommendations for brand launch, including potential channels, digital strategies, and messaging frameworks tailored to engage a B2B audience.

Investor Pitch Deck Content Guidance (Optional but Preferred).
• Develop key messaging for pitch deck slides, including vision, market problem, product differentiation, technology model (PaaS, SaaS, API), and financial projections.
• Suggest a visual flow for the pitch deck that maximizes impact and aligns with BLOXUP’s brand narrative for potential investors.
Required Skills and Experience.
• Brand Strategy Expertise.
Demonstrated experience in creating brand strategies, especially for B2B tech or SaaS companies.
Experience with blockchain or construction tech is a strong plus.
• Market Research and Positioning.
Ability to perform competitive analysis and develop a distinct value proposition and positioning for BLOXUP.
• Visual Brand Development.
Strong design skills for developing brand identities, including logo concepts and style guides.
• Messaging and Content Strategy.
Experience in crafting audience-specific messaging and creating brand-aligned content frameworks for digital and offline channels.
• Pitch Deck Experience (Preferred).
Familiarity with designing or guiding pitch decks for tech startups, with an understanding of what appeals to early-stage investors.
