Job Description Respect the project design and its deliverables; Input the test subjects into the dedicated tool, according to the standards in place; Ensure the elaboration, validation and communication of all the test project deliverables within his/her scope (in accordance with the standards in place); Guarantee the correct prioritization of the tests within his/her scope; Contribute to the organisation of the Business Analyst intelligence; Ensure the execution of the Tests within a project; Input the test results in the dedicated tool; Report any risk of non-commitment regarding delays or quality; Give feedback to the Test Manager and direct hierarchy on the progress of the project; Ensure the communication to the project stakeholders through the creation of test reports; Manage project committees (test progress & defects); Contribute to the identification and correction of any anomalies within the project; Input the anomalies into the correct tool; Contribute to the prioritization of the project anomalies; Participate in the correction of the anomalies and posterior validation; Provide the necessary elements to draft final reports the report and procedures.
Qualifications BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or an IT related discipline; Knowledge of the test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB); Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products (desirable); Minimum 5 years’ experience in Test activities; Able to build a test strategy and test schedule; Able to manage one or more software testers; Able to work in an Agile environment; Knowledge on Octane, JIRA and Confluence; Knowledge in SQL language; Fluent communication skills in English and French (both written & verbal) Additional Information The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
