Architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Providing technical leadership to crossfunctional teams of developers architects and analysts.
Mentoring and coaching junior developers and conducting code reviews.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
Developing and implementing best practices for Salesforce development integration and deployment.
Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Salesforce applications.
Implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems including thirdparty APIs.
Writing and executing unit and integration tests.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Qualifications.
At least 3 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
Strong knowledge of Apex Visualforce and Lightning components.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs web services and middleware.
Knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Technical Architect are preferred.
Experience leading teams and providing technical leadership.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
