Job Description We are looking for a new Agile Coach to join our team! Key Responsibilities.
Analyzing processes and implementing agile strategies.
Conducting workshops and training teams and managers.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and the use of metrics.
Supporting teams in managing resources and deliveries.
Holding meetings to monitor projects and solve problems.
Lead the adoption and scaling of Agile practices within the project teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define Agile goals, metrics, and success criteria.
Identify challenges in the transformation journey and implement tailored solutions.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
At least 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach or related role.
Proven experience in the banking/financial services sector is a strong advantage.
Deep expertise in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in the banking industry.
Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
