I am looking for your actual price based on the following.
LiiQwise is a custom dating site that allows users to create a profile and build a match.
Do not worry about the frontend and page design because I will assign a different developer for that.
I have all the images-based filter options (about 240) and text-based filter options (about 170) required for the database.
Do not worry about e-commerce or payment gateways.
This is a responsive website; I do not need a mobile app.
Here are the backend requirements.
1.
Audio recorder for 25-second bio 2.
Main profile pic requires photo verification, and uploading pics will require photo cropping tool 3.
Site must be able to calculate distance between matches 4.
Keyword search tool to find profiles, uses WordNet to include any synonyms.

Whenever a new user joins the site, the site must notify other users (only if there are matching elements when the profile is created).
These notifications are delivered even if the user is not on the website.
6.
Site must allow LIKES (called LiiQs) and Messaging, but both users must LiiQ before messaging.
7.
Site must incorporate a system for reporting with only two clicks.
When a profile has been reported 3 times in a 2-week period, the site displays a warning label on the profile for everyone to see.

Main Match Algorithm Explained.
The site looks at how many things each user is requesting and how many things each user is offering in return, and then it finds the percentage average.
The score increases when the users have a match for specific items.
9.
Add MFA 10.
Set up automated testing for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
11.
Create an admin dashboard for monitoring and managing user activities, reports, and site statistics.
