B2B PROCUREMENT PLATFORM CLICKABLE PROTOTYPE

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to create a clickable prototype for a new B2B procurement platform designed to connect suppliers with corporate buyers.
The prototype will showcase key user flows and interactions, providing a functional preview of the platform’s capabilities for upcoming investor presentations.
Supplier & Buyer Interfaces.
- Design and prototype user registration, profile creation, and dashboard views for both suppliers and buyers.
- Demonstrate search, filtering, and communication features between suppliers and buyers.
Core Features & Interactions.
- Simulate key functions such as supplier searches, request for proposals (RFPs), and user messaging.
- Include a simple analytics view for users to track their activity.
Responsive Design.
- Ensure the prototype is responsive, with layouts optimized for desktop and mobile views.
- The final prototype should be interactive using Figma or Adobe XD and should be easy to navigate.
Deliverables.
- A fully functional clickable prototype with interactive user flows designed with Figma or Adobe XD - Exportable version for presentations (PDF).
- Short video walkthrough of the prototype.
- Unlimited revisions are expected to ensure the prototype is refined and aligned with our presentation goals Timeline.
- The prototype must be fully completed by October 31st, with a preliminary version ready for review within 7 days of project start.
- Incremental milestones will be set to ensure accuracy and quality.
Preferred Skills.
- Expertise in UI/UX design and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Experience creating investor-ready MVPs for digital platforms.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and provide quick revisions.
Please include a portfolio of your relevant work.
No proposal will be considered without a portfolio of work.
The selected freelancer will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Work-for-Hire Agreement to ensure all designs and concepts remain confidential and are owned by us.
