What you will do.
Ensure regular operational activity of the collections team, supporting in the identification/analysis/resolution of processes and new service needs; Analysis of operational data and preparation of analyses;Construction of reports, presentations and business indicator reports; Control and support for collection and debt management operations for corporate clients; Mapping and supporting the construction of procedures; Participation in initiatives to improve the operation's management processes.
