Position Overview.
We are seeking a dedicated and proficient B2 Level German Speaking Content Moderator to join our vibrant team in Porto.
As a Content Moderator you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of our clients platforms by monitoring usergenerated content and ensuring compliance with community guidelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities.
Review and moderate usergenerated content in German language across various online platforms.
Identify and address content that violates community guidelines including but not limited to offensive language hate speech and inappropriate imagery.
Utilize internal tools and resources to accurately assess and categorize content according to predefined criteria.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate complex issues and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in content moderation to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Requirements.
Proficiency in German language at B2 level or above is essential.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Prior experience in content moderation or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
