AZURE CLOUD ADMINISTRATOR

Position Description.
We are looking for an Azure Cloud Admin with Wintel.
As a member of the infrastructure Shared Service Center, the Cloud (Azure) Admin will represent his/her department towards the Business Units and project teams and will assure a determining role in the management, support, maintenance, implementation, administration and lifecycle management of the client's Azure environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
The position is responsible for the whole Azure Environment.
You will provide expert technical assistance to team members related to Incident/Request/Problem.
This role will be responsible for defining, deploying, and maintaining the company's architecture and its virtual component.
The mandate will be to maintain SLA towards the internal customers.

Build deploy, and support/maintain Networking, Databases, Software, and Servers within the Azure environment (Iaas,Saas) 2.
Interact directly with OS support and/or vendors for troubleshooting and enhancements 3.
Engage with and support regional clients 4.
Perform installation of approved software on servers, following the standard procedures 5.
Configure and install (or coordinate) upgrade/fixes or patches 6.
Assist with evaluation, analysis and maintenance of equipment to meet technical and security standards 7.
Assist with evaluation of efficiency and cost effectiveness of a solution/resolution.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.

10 years experience in infrastructure, 5+ years of experience in virtualization and Wintel, 2 years as Cloud engineer 2.
Self motivated, eager to learn in the IT profession 3.
Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT Department 4.
Customer service oriented 5.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
English speaking mandatory 6.
Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints 7.
Willing to do some travelling 8.
Must be able to work onsite 3 days a week in Alabang on a mid-shift schedule Primary Technical abilities • Deep technical subject matter expertise and practical experience in the Cloud Azure Environment • Compute Administrative knowledge on deploying VMs into virtual networks and configuring it for optimum cost, performance and Security standards Configuration of VM back-up and providing failover recovery in respect to the RTO and RPO • Storage Setup and configuration of the storage (including containers) Secured data access Archiving and back-up • Network Deploying and configuring virtual networks Orchestrating routing paths/hybrid cloud Managing public and private IP address • Security Azure Active Directory (hybrid AD) Reducing surface attack on all azure resources Secondary Technical abilities • Experience with AWS cloud technologies • Knowledge on other virtualization technologies like Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix XenServer • Knowledge in Network configuration • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.
