Permanent Strong understanding of QA concepts, testing techniques, and extensive experience in test script automation.
Hands-on experience with Selenium or Robot Framework, including XPath identification, is mandatory.
Proficiency in Python or Java.
Experience in manual testing, including root cause analysis for client defects.
Proven ability to participate in creating and enhancing automation frameworks.
Experience conducting code reviews to ensure quality and best practices in test automation.
Ability to mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Lead a small team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support in testing activities.
Take ownership of the release process, ensuring thorough testing and quality assurance before deployment.
Analyze client defects to identify root causes and implement strategies to strengthen the overall testing process.
Maintain robust automation scripts to ensure consistent and reliable test execution.
Collaborate in the design and development of automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Review and enhance test scripts, ensuring they align with best practices and project requirements.
Own the code review process for automation scripts and frameworks, providing constructive feedback to team members.
Become a subject matter expert (SME) for the product, gaining deep knowledge to drive effective testing strategies.
Collaborate closely with development teams to gain insights into system functionality and ensure thorough testing.
Estimate and track testing progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
Implement measures to reduce client defect leakage, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
