Ideal Skills and Experience.
- 1- 2 years of experience - Proven experience in product development, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and experience working with factories, especially in China.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Hard-working mentality.
- Love to work under stress and tight deadlines.
