The Role As an HR Business Partner, you will partner and collaborate with line management, executive teams, and various functional areas to proactively address workforce development and productivity-related business issues. Your responsibilities will include providing advice and counsel on multiple initiatives such as workforce optimization and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues. Key Responsibilities Provide advice and counsel on employees relations and HR initiatives. Recommend solutions to complex HR issues and employee relations problems. Deploy and execute HR programs in collaboration with other HR functions, including compensation, benefits, and workforce diversity strategies. Serve as the HR reference for Portugal, reporting to the HR Director for Spain and Portugal. Support several HR functions as needed, including payroll, compensation, benefits, onboarding, and HRBP functions. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on employee relations and HR strategy. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in both English and Portuguese. Experience in a multinational company is a plus.
