We are currently looking for passionate, upbeat hospitality professionals to join our amazingOperationsteam at Hyatt Centric Park City!The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for oversight of day-to-day processes and colleagues of the hotel's Rooms and Food & Beverage division consisting of the Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, EPC restaurant, Market and Banquets operations.
Duties would include but are not limited to resolving guest concerns, scheduling, coaching and counseling, maintaining department standards, staff development, interviewing, payroll and supporting the team members within these respective areas.
The Operations Assistant Manager- Rooms & F&B is also responsible for maximizing rooms & F&B revenue, controlling expenses, and driving the highest level of customer service and scores.
This individual conducts department meetings and pre-shifts to maintain open communication with colleagues and is responsible for conducting a departmental monthly financial review with Assistant Director and Director of Operations.
