Application Support Engineer (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
Troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply those skills to assist in troubleshooting a wide range of information systems and applications.
Experience with support/corrective maintenance.
Daily ticket analysis and resolution, root cause analysis, and problem creation.
Technical experience in supporting Java APIs (desired).
Technical experience in support of Angular, Java, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, CSS (desired).
Portuguese - Native | English – Intermediate Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
