Requirements.
5+ years of experience in a similar position; Knowledge of Scheduling Systems, such as Autosys; Knowledge of MQ, Jira and Service Now; Functional knowledge of bonds, equities, and structured products; Knowledge of ITIL, Linux/Unix, SQL, and PL/SQL; Fluent in English.
Responsibilities.
Provide functional and technical support (batchs, interfaces…); Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap; Escalate timely to the management on possible risks or issues; Contribute to the knowledge articles.
