Run projects, provide L3 support and define standards in Company´s IT Client and Desktop Management System (DTMS) environment.
Work together closely with other central and local teams in developing and delivering IT endpoint solutions.

Principais responsabilidades Client OS and software applications deployment automation and fine tuning Review, testing and validation of Client Hardware Review, testing and validation of Software Applications and Packages Drive or participate in the study phase and evolution of new technologies and systems Ensure standards and best practices are understood and followed in this domain Create and maintain documentation and provide L3 support Perform training for local and central IT operations teams Participate and contribute to projects of other IT departments Perfil desejado Ability to manage projects, work on own initiative and as part of the team Competencies or special know-how in.
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure core services (AD, Networking, Security) Excellent knowledge of Linux OS Distributions (preffered.
Debian (Ubuntu) and/or Redhat) integrated in MS AD, setting up OS & SW from scratch for automated installation Good knowledge of Linux Scripting e.
