I planned to start this months ago, and we had a few bumps in the road, so we didn’t have the opportunity to really get started.
I believe we are now ready to start again, seriously looking for the following.
We are looking for a highly skilled traditional cartoon/realist artist who can update the trademark & logo for our antique/vintage/collectibles business.
This task is critical for the branding of our business.
We are prioritizing professionals who are confident in creating a design that would resonate with our audience and serve the purpose for our project.
I have a current design that needs updating to be more professional than what we can do ourselves.
The business is sales of antique, vintage & collectible items and furniture.
We currently have sales in a brick-and-mortar booth at the local antique mall but wish to expand to online sales.
We will also be looking for someone who might be able to assist with setting up a website as well as creating a new fresh trademark and logo.
Key requirements.
- Experience in traditional cartooning and realist artwork - Ability to showcase previous relevant work - Familiarity with trademarks, logo design and business branding.
- Clear about salary expectations - Willingness to relinquish publication rights to our business.
- Familiarity with web design a plus Good to have.
- Experience in or around the antique, vintage and collectibles industry - Experience in designing trademarks and logos and merchandising purposes For your application, please outline your experience with traditional cartoon art, realist art, and trademark and logo designs, with a focus on any work in the antique/vintage/collectibles sector if applicable.
