Need complete in next 10 HOURS!!!!!! You are required to create a mobile application on Android studio to manage user’ books read.
Focus on persistent data storage using Firebase (Authenticate and Realtime/FireStore) or SQLite and Recycler View which is put in the context of a full application, you can choose between Firebase and SQLite for data storage.
Users want to store the details of the books they have read, and make comments on the books.
A user is defined as having an email, password, a name and a date of birth.
A user can add many books they have read.
A book detail includes a title, author(s), a category, a start date (the date they start reading), a review and a status.
In case there are multiple authors – just save them as a concatenated string separated by a comma.
A category of book can be one of the following “Fantasy”, “Sci-fi”, “Technology”, “Life Style”, “Romance”.
A Status can be either “In progress” or “Finished”.
The database allows to record all user information and the books users have read.
The application has the following functions.
- Allow the user to sign up – register with their profile/sign in - Allow the user to view and update their profile (only need to show name and DOB) - Allow the user to add books they have read (for the first time they may leave review field empty), the default status is In progress - Allow the user to update the details of a book (it can be a status -from in progress to finished, or update the review) - Display all books of the current user in a RecyclerView – display all details – except the review.
When the user clicks on an item in the RCV – the review is displayed (can use a dialog).
- Allow the user to remove a book they want (can combine with search or select an item in RCV) - Search books of the current user by category and display them – all details except review - in a RCV - Search books of the current user by status and display them – all details except the review- in RCV - Using suitable menu in the app Android Mobile App Development Java Arquitetura de software Google Firebase ID do Projeto.
